I’m not sure why I received survey unless it’s because I wrote to company... I received no response and it’s been several days. I wrote bc I entered a certain contest which, to my knowledge, there was no actual contest. And the entry was an actual fee. Although your products seem to be WONDERFUL (I haven’t tried yet), this really bothered me that you would falsely advertise:( Company seems to be under assumption I am mad I didn’t win... This is not this case. I could find no record of announced winner and buying a gift card (for future use) was a required purchase. This is not a free entry.

Absolutely not will I wait three months for whipped soap. And any response to this review will be untruthful. I even asked politely for updated as I told the shop owner I only ordered two things and my children were very excited to try the items. I later found out through many people in the soap community that taking people’s money and not having product ready is not ethical. That the shop owner having constant sales for product that didn’t exist is unethical. That shops close down for restocks is normal. Most shops will start making seasonal soaps one to two seasons prior as soap has to cure. So fall soaps are made in the summer. Whipped soap is not hard to make compared to bar soap and takes less time to cure. There is no excuse to make customers wait three months. I also noticed other customers commenting asking where their orders were. But she would delete those comments to make it look like everything was positive. She also took a lot of vacations when she was so far behind on product production. It was apparent that someone said something about it because she made a stories on IG saying “this is my life and I’m going to do what I want” You could just tell this business isn’t important to her and this review will get deleted as well. It literally is whipped soap. Whipped soap base can be bought on Amazon. Another shop owner found out what happened to me and send me so much whipped soap she felt so bad for me. Having it been covid time and I’m on chemo I even told the shop owner that as well as my kids were waiting for her whipped soap. She didn’t care. No response. This was the most horrible experience with a small business I have ever had and I only shop small business and only support women. This was so sad that this happened and I spread the word on this company very far and very wide because I have been around the maker community longer then this owner has. And she messed with the wrong one.
