Great product with great price and quick shipping! I would have given 5 stars if the product (which was heavy and bulky) was packed better. The metal posts (not sure what to call them) broke through the box during shipping. Luckily, the metal was not damaged at all. The “wood” shelving (that was an add on) was chipped in almost all pieces but I feel it could easily be hidden with a sharpie. One other complaint about the product, not a “big” deal; the add on wood/chipboard shelves do not fit flush. There is about an inch and a half gap all around. Would have been much better if the boards fit flush. However, for $4 it’s fantastic! I highly recommend the product!

Package came in a timely manner, and I was quite surprised that it came so quickly. However, it came without instructions, and I could not find the instructions anywhere on the website or online. I used my knowledge of past building units like this one to put it together, but this would be very inconvenient for someone without this experience.

Anything and everything needed for the "Dorm" room... glad we stumbled upon this website. We had several people walk into my daughter's room while we were setting up and asking us where we got out shelves (Suprima Extra Height Mini Shelf Supreme). We got one in white for her "pantry", and one in black for her "nightstand" since her bed is lofted, and it works great! The wooden shelf additions are a must and work wonderfully!

The laundry bag is big & so useful. The only concern I had was getting it to stand up without slouching over.

The order went smoothly, however the confirmations emails were a little unprofessional and confusing.

I received my order in full and pretty quickly.

I received an organizer for my desk that was pretty badly damaged. I reached out to customer service and was emailed back promptly, and have since received replacement parts for my shelving unit.
