Box was damaged and not packaged well. The fabric was faded in a large area And when I contacted the company they would not refund or follow through with a return label. I had no box to return it in since it was damaged and it was a large box

my order arrived with a damaged piece of wood, a missing piece of wood and no assembly parts. Had to email several times customer service for them to understand that NO parts for assembly were included. This was for a cabinet.

I bought a dorm headboard and it was damaged when I received it. I notified them and was told that I had to email customer service. I emailed them with multiple pictures of the damaged boards and after 6-7 emails was told they would send me the boards that were damaged or 15% off. every board was damaged and they refused to send me a new package because they said that would increase the risk of it being damaged again. after numerous contacts via email, nothing was solved. Customer service is horrible and do not buy for them.
