Loved the product, however when box was opened, it was not packaged correctly, and some parts looked used/opened. You could tell the item had been previously opened, or put together and returned. Instructions included were useless, we just figured it out on our own. Once together though, the stand is nice and holds up well.

Everything went smoothly- haven’t opened the box yet so hopefully it’s good. The box itself looked like it was destroyed in the shipping process. Crossing my fingers that the shelf is ok.

The room divider worked great for what we had planned and it was a great price. I thought I had ordered it in white but it was brown when it arrived, so make sure you look carefully at what you are ordering-both of them had the same name and there was very little difference in the photos on the website.

I'LL DO THE BEST I CAN. I MADE THE PURCHASE FOR MY GRANDDAUGHTER WHOS GOING AWAY TO COLLEGE SINCE THE PANDEMICS HAS SLACKED UP SOMEWHAT. ONE OF HER COLORS THAT SHES INTO RIGHT NOW IS PINK & THATS WHAT SHE WANTED! I LOVE IT, ITS SOOO PRETTY & PINK!

I ordered two trunks and both arrived damaged during shipping. I contacted customer service and they are sending me the return labels and will replace the trunks.

Giving 4 stars because Received by order but only after they wanted to cancel it and told me it was not in stock. But it was in stock. So finally received the item I wanted!

The product is EXCELLENT and I will order again. The shipping tracking was nonexistent. I didn't know when my order was to arrive and then one day it was here.

Fairly easy to put together. Works perfectly but I took a star off because it had several deep scratches in the white paint.
