I'm not pleased with the product. The stand can't even hold my fridge.

box was badly damaged and the item was bent, had to straighten out the top metal piece (corner) with a hammer due to it being bent to assemble correctly.

I was expecting them both at the same time, but the sheets did not arrive with the comforter and so I had to buy new sheets because I had already moved in to college and the sheets I bought from here were at home.

I received my order. I paid for 3 days shipping and my order did not arrive in 3 days. Customer service said I would receive a refund for the priority shipping. I never received the refund. I feel like what we received was a good value for the money but I'm not happy about paying almost 20.00 for expedited shipping that didn't happen.

Within minutes of ordering we requested an address change to my son's dorm rather than home address. Response time was next day but not before order was already shipped out. So we have to pay for another shipping charge to resend to dorm.

The poster description listed the wrong size--smaller by several inches length and width which makes the poster unusable for the frame I already have. The reason I gave 3 stars instead of one is because your rep Marie so kindly managed a refund for me. She also said the site would correct the listing. I appreciate your 'work ethic' and would shop here again.

The only reason I giving three star and not five; one of the three items arrived with broken pieces. I did not send it back because it was an easy fix with heavy duty tape. However, shipping was fast and the products were super easy to put together. The cubic storages was way bigger than expected so I feel like its a plus!

The item arrived fairly quickly. The exterior looked very nice and as depicted on the images. When opened, you could see some damage on the outer border where the metal detailing is to close the trunk. There was also a very strong plastic scent that transferred to the items you place in the trunk. Overall still a very nice item that can hold a lot of things and satisfied with my purchase.
