I will NEVER order from Dorm Co again or recommend Dorm Co. Your return policy is ridiculous and unheard of in today’s age. It would cost me as much as my order to send the items back.

This gift was for our granddaughter who will be starting college in Oregon in the fall. The "student" price listed was quite a bit less than what we ended up paying. If my granddaughter hadn't had her heart set on it, I know I could have purchased a much nicer trunk as well as the other items for less money and at a better quality. Also, when my order was complete, even though my granddaughter was listed as gift recipient with mailing address in OREGON, the delivery address ended up being my address in TEXAS. I was told to go to a website to make correction. That proved to be impossible. I finally called and spent a LONG time on hold just to get the address corrected. I'm very disappointed with the whole experience. I sure hope my granddaughter is happy with her gift. We will not be ordering from your company again, and will definitely not be recommending it.

The divider was too thin.i didn't like them

Upon opening the Coma Inducer Comforter, we found a razor blade on top inside the packaging! In addition, it looked as if the comforter had fallen on the ground and was covered with debris. Unfortunately, in my haste to launder it, I did not fully inspect the entire comforter. Once I placed it on the bed, I found that it was partially matted and pilled. Not soft as advertised! I immediately looked into customer service and found that email was the only method of communication. After multiple emails and a request to speak with a manager, I received the same email response. They blamed me for laundering it incorrectly and had no comment on the razor blade or debris! I am appalled at the lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service provided. Buyer beware!

DormCo cancelled my order. When I requested a refund they told me it would be issued in 10 days. They never refunded me or sent the item. Terrible customer service and dishonest.

When I was trying to place my order, I had to refresh the website about 4 times because it kept crashing. Because of this, I had to put in my information over and over again, and the box that you check if your billing address is the same as your shipping address kept automatically checking, so I'd have to uncheck that. For some reason, on the time that my order finally went through that box was checked even though I had typed in different addresses. I didn't notice until my mother who is in a different state sent me a picture of my huge package at her house. I contacted customer service and they said they couldn't do anything about it, and there was no point in me trying to return the product since I'd have to pay for the shipping, which is ridiculous since it is such a heavy item. My mom ended up having to ship it to me and pay a lot of extra money for an item that was already very expensive. There needs to be a better return policy, especially for items that are very heavy and expensive for college students to ship.

Hate to even give 1 star...very mislead in product description, esp when older person buying...and then to return it...I had to pay shipping which was just about the same as product cost!!!! Very, very disappointed...person I talked to on phone was not the nicest, seemed put out by my questions.

The shelving unit consisted of wood that was poorly made. The screws chipped the wood as soon as they touched the shelving and after I had done all the work, trying to keep the screws from falling out, it completely fell apart.
