I too was a victim of the OC County Fair. The non-surgical lifting innovation does not work and I paid over $200. I suggest the company look into this if they claim they don't have retailers at the fair????? Regardless - the stuff is chalky and doesn't work. And please notice how defensive the responses are from the company - very unprofessional to say the least (I suggest proofreading).

They wanted hundreds of $'s for the 'non surgical Lifting Serum' and really tried the shame on me tactic for not taking care of my skin. REALLY?? Very disappointed. Update: I got a response that this company does not operate at the OC Fair. Funny, as there was a HUGE booth set up and I have the proof of a purchase which I so regret.

What a rip off scheme!!! Product not worth the price. The salespeople scam you into believing that you could get the dented box price for a cheaper price.. But you have to promise not to tell anyone. Run fast when they approach you in the mall. Paid $130.00 for the 24k eye serum that only temporary works.

Was ambushed by the sales associates in Pembroke Pines Mall. I followed instructions as the man sent me. One week later my whole entire face broke out and became dark. Customer service email does not respond. At this point I don’t want a refund but be warn that products do not work.

Where to begin. In Puerto Vallarta I bought a lot of items that cost a ridiculous amount of money. This entitled me to a platinum VIP package which entitled me to 30 free items in first 2 years from original purchase. I was not told that I had to return to the origin location to get the free items, although I recently noticed that it is written in small print at the bottom of the contract page. That was a major disappointment and would have affected my willingness to buy the items. When I contacted them in spring 2020 to get some of the free items I was told I would have to pay shipping. I also asked if there would be additional charges or duty. I never heard back from them on that. Their products are unfortunately medioce. Certainly not worth the amount paid. I would say ...buyer beware.

It took 3 emails to get a response but the person hadn’t really read my emails and didn’t speak to the point I was making. Just very frustrating.

Received the wrong item. Emailed customer service and waiting for a reply.
