Haven’t gotten my order yet but so far the interaction has not been good. TWICE, I reached out to ask for the difference in the base shipping vs expedited shipping and instead of explaining it she quotes what the base shipping is and blames usps for delays that haven’t even occurred yet. I’ve requested a refund for the shipping difference and they are ignoring that request. Make any requests before you purchase if I had I would not have spent any money here. It seems 1000% shady that a simple difference in shipping that you offer as a up charge can’t be explained. Will report back on the actual product but those process so far, doesn’t instill any hope of being satisfied or pleased with the package contents

I ordered two cartridges. I got them and neither one of them will pull even with a 15 W battery. I tried to reach out to them twice and have yet to hear back about this product or ability to refund. Complete waste of money and time and effort

This will not get the attention from the seller that a customer complaint will get. I grow and consume almost religiously. I know this strain and so many others extremely well. This is NOT Sour Diesel. It’s like you have just enough positive reviews to keep some folks buying. I grow both hemp and THC cannabis and know how each grows and so many of the characteristics odd these plants. This order I received smells like a hemp variety (more CBD with little to no THC psychoactive). It smokes like hemp. This is not THC dominant strain. I tried you out skeptically due to your price point. I don’t care how old bud is if it’s truly the phenotype. In fact, the longer bud suits around, the better it gets since it’s always going through a slow decarb process. I regret having spent my little money with you. 4 ounces of hemp that I don’t need and won’t achieve what I need. I’ll go back to buying more expensive bud elsewhere so that I’ll know what I’m getting.

I ordered half pound they sent me a Qp now all I get is emails back and forth but still did not send the rest of my stuff. Smoke is not all that good .

I purchased the "QP for $100" deal, from Dope online dispensary, (dopethc.com) I did not expect top-shelf quality for this price, but what I received is completely useless. The good: * The buds look beautiful. The bad: * The buds have absolutely no scent. * It tastes awful. * There are zero effects. I smoked an entire blunt solo and felt absolutely nothing. No buzz at all. To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible. I could have overlooked the bad taste if it at least gave me a buzz, but this product is a total rip-off. Do not waste your money here.

On July 23rd I placed an order with Dope, LIT, and Vertex. On the 29th, I recieved the orders from LIT and Vertex. The folks at Dope hadn't even gotten me a tracking yet.l contacted Rollie, and was told he needed to get it from the shipping manager because the courier hadn't picked up yet....on the 30th I placed three more orders, with LIT, Haus of Flowers, and Vertex. By yesterday I recieved all three of those orders, and, surprise surprise, still no tracking number from DOPE. Today i9 cancelled the card purchase. These guys seem pretty damn cavalier about their customer service; Do yourself a favour, buy from Vertex, Haus of Flowers, LIT or ShopZaza. All four are heads and shoulders above dope.
