Have to admit, didn't know what I was doing when trying to get a Christmas gift for my bf. But I called them with what I was looking for and got some help in finding a couple of options. Anna took the time to help and I've got what I hope is the perfect piece. Shipping was reasonable considering COVID and Christmas.

I ordered a cartridge vaporizer that the website listed in stock. It turned out that I had to wait two more weeks for the item to actually be in stock. When I received my order, they shipped me the wrong item. The customer service phone number is some generic voice mailbox. They haven't responded to the voice messages or emails I have sent over the past two weeks. I just want to get the item that I paid for, but there is no customer support. There are many other online retailers for vaporizer products. Don't order from this one.

Just terrible. I ordered a Pax 3 from DopeBoo. DopeBoo promised free delivery within 3 days. I ordered the Pax on 11-12-19. I still had not received it by 11-24-19. For some reason, USPS had returned the item to DopeBoo on 11-16-19, and DopeBoo made no effort to contact me or reship the item. When I contacted DopeBoo, they said they would charge me to reship the item to me (even though I qualified for free shipping), and if I canceled the order, they would charge me a 20% restocking charge (even though they claim to accept returns for full credit if notified within 7 days of delivery with no restocking charge). So now I have to dispute the charge, buy my Pax elsewhere, and get through Thanksgiving with no vape. What a horrible company.

We sometimes make mistakes, and we can certainly admit when we do. This was absolutely not the case. The reality is we decided to severe relations with this person because of bizarre and abusive behavior. The only true piece of information in the review is the shipment did not arrive on time. The fact is the address entered by this person was incorrect and it's the only reason the shipment was not received within the delivery window. This happens from time to time, it's typically no big deal and easily solvable. Unfortunately, this person then chose to aggressively blame us for shipping to the incorrect address and demand we fire people on our team. We then received a phone call where this person was cruel, verbally abusive and threatening. We politely communicated to this person they should take their business elsewhere.
