Bands came as described.

I had problems with FedEx delivery given inaccurate tracking. But the package eventually was delivered. Re the bands. I have been using them for 2 weeks with my trainer who had purchased them. They are great. Some of the best full body workouts I have done. Gets to all of your muscles. I wish they had more videos beyond wrestling, jiu jitsu, etc. Golf would be one. But I can figure out a routine for that. Add these to your workouts. You will see and feel a difference.

The company responds pretty quick with all your questions. The bands are durable and easy to bring anywhere to do your workout anywhere. They have exercises online you can follow.

This has to be one of the best exercise tools available for people always on the go or who want in home work outs. But I've only had them 2 months and one has broke 💔. I recommend getting the silicone set because they are supposed to be sturdier. Also find smooth surface to band on to aswell as grass to set the bands in. I only took mine outside once. So I don't think thay are meant for much outdoor use. More gym Mats and carpet. I also recommend the genius strap if you want you're bands to last... at least 2 months 😆. It's pretty cool seems to keep ridgid surfaces from contacting and fraying. Still so far on of my favorite tools. Feel more snappy. But for the price you may as well get something that lasts. Also it must be noted . I haven't tried the silicone I'm only assuming. The endless amounts of exercise and portability surpass the lack of durability. I think this is a must have for anyone training contact sports of multiple and varying sports.

After talking to customer service for the last 12 hours we finally got the issue resolved. They are now sending the the products I ordered out to me. Customer service was pretty quick to get back to me, I understand things gets screwed up from time to time as I myself own a business but they did right by me. I look forward to getting these bands in the mail and putting them to use. Thank you again!

Ordered the straps with the bands and straps did not arrive. Also cannot log in for workouts

I bought a full bundle and after the purchase was complete I was notified that the middle weight and the included bag are out of stock. It seems this would merit a discount or partial refund. update 6-14-2022 The blue middle weight band that was part of my full bundle was not replaced with a better silicone band as I was assured. I only received the black, orange and red band. Contacting customer service seems like an impossible task. Update 6-22-22 The company fulfilled the order with a comparable substitute. Looking past the fulfillment issues, the bands really are a great product that I use several times a week.

I love these bands because I can take them anywhere with me and they provide a great burn / pump of a workout. I can also train specific grappling movements to improve my strength and stamina. I am going to purchase the next level up in resistance. I can trail run with these bands in the back pack they come in until I find an area to secure them on, have a 5 minute blitz workout and continue with my run.
