I really enjoyed being part of this program! The combination of daily coaching with Kaitlyn, the twice-weekly Zoom calls with Eugene, and the community on Skool made it a well-rounded experience.
I appreciated having the daily accountability to check in with myself, recognize my wins, and stay intentional about building habits. The Zoom calls were also valuable, with the lectures, Q&As, and breakout rooms offering opportunities to learn, reflect, and connect with others who are working toward similar goals.
I especially liked having the Skool community as a place to share experiences, celebrate small wins, and see other people showing up for themselves, too. Sometimes it’s encouraging just to know you’re not the only one working through the process.
Overall, the program helped me become more mindful of my daily habits and reminded me that progress isn’t just about productivity or checking things off a list. It’s also about consistency, self-compassion, and learning to take better care of yourself. I’m grateful for the experience and for everyone who contributed to it!

Cured my insomnia!!
I had been seeking insomnia treatment for at least 5 or 6 years. I'd barely been sleeping consistently. My circadian rhythms were completely off after a decade of working night shifts. I was misdiagnosed as having narcolepsy at one point. Momentum University utilized neuroscience for neurodivergent people & helped me heal from severe insomnia. I am sleeping better and taking care of my health & finances much better after completing Momentum University program.

I’m so grateful I found this program
I’m so grateful I found this program. I joined in January 2026. At the time I was in the aftermath of a pretty bad burnout. My depression was so bad, I couldn’t function most days. I had tried a lot of options and nothing was working. At first I wasn’t sure about this but I thought if anything having an accountability coach might help. The change I have felt since starting has been huge. I’ve still having some ups and downs but now I feel like I understand why and the basic actions I can take to course correct.
One of the craziest yet simple things I can point to is my sleep. I’m now regulated to where I wake up the same time every morning, no alarm. My entire life I’ve struggled where I have to set 10+ alarms to wake up. Now I set one for 30 minutes later just in case, but I’m several months post finishing the program and I’ve yet to use it.
This isn’t an easy ‘join and you’ll be healed’ program, you really have to listen to Eugene and your coach and want to learn and want to reframe your mindset. If you can do that, and really commit to yourself and not staying trapped in old ways or ideas of what ADHD is, I think it’s worth the journey.

This program is amazing!
This program is amazing! Before I started, I was someone who had low motivation and was tired all the time. I had decision fatigue and unable to complete a to-do list. Now after only three months, I am no longer exhausted and able to complete many things even after a long day of work. My productivity, even with basic house chores has improved a lot. This program is really worth it and I recommend others going through it as well.

I had a great experience with momentum university
I had a great experience with momentum university. When I started the program I knew something was off because I felt fatigued all the time, but didn’t quite understand why. Well it turns out constantly doomscrolling and a bunch of other level 1 activities were really messing with my sleep which in turn made me feel exhausted all the time. I can genuinely say that just reducing my phone usage really helped turn things around for me and having the accountability of my dopamine coach was great as well. I highly recommend momentum university!

Finally reaching my potential
I can finally feel myself reaching my potential. Before joining I was eating a ton of sugar every single day, junk food almost every meal, sleep wildly inconsistent, and doom scrolling for 5+ hours a day. I was constantly behind on work and personal to do lists. Getting in trouble at work or having to pay so much in late fees or overpaying for subscriptions I didn’t know I had accumulated over the years. I went from being a former “gifted child” to someone who couldn’t complete the simplest of tasks. I would wake up and instantly open social media or my laptop for work. Work for 16 hours a day, not because I have a job that requires that but because I worked sooo slow, it took me 4x the regular amount of time to get something done. I was unreliable, unstable, unhealthy, unhappy, and running out of hope on how to turn my life around. I have to admit, I was pretty skeptical when I first joined this program. I wanted instant results but that’s not how anything works. It takes time to rebuild and relearn years and years of bad habits and decisions. But the good news is that you can do it! Our brains CAN change and pivot to the life that you actually want to live. And this program helps guide you and keep you accountable. I could not do it without the accountability. These past few months have given me the time to learn, grow, make mistakes and ask questions, build a foundation and repeat it until it becomes my new habits to do on my own without needing anyone else for accountability. I consistently have 8 hours of sleep now. I hardly have sugar or junk food now. I work out 4 times a week. Have lost 12 pounds in a couple of months- but I didn’t join this for weight loss! It was never my intention, it was a side effect of making better decisions for my ADHD. A great side effects haha I can focus and concentrate now. I am reliable when I say I’m going to do something, I get it done. My brain isn’t scattered all over the place and running a million miles in multiple directions. I have peace and joy and loving the direction I’m taking my life now. This program is worth every penny and every second of energy you put into it. It was hard for me to be honest with myself; for years I thought I could do it on my own if I just “stop being lazy” or got a new planner or when I got a surge of energy at night, I thought I would wake up with the focus of a god and be able to get 8 years of work done tomorrow in one day. And it never happened, the viscous cycle would just start again. I finally surrendered and admitted I couldn’t do this alone, I needed guidance. Had I not, I would still be living my old life, which I did for over a decade! I thought to myself one day “worse case scenario, if I suffered this much for this long already, what’s another 6 months (program length) going to do if it doesn’t work? Might as well just try and go all in.” And it has truly transformed me, my personal life, my professional life, all aspects I never expected to impact.

From Surviving to Thriving
For the first time in my life I don't feel like something is wrong with me.
Although I've had suspicions that I've had ADHD for the last 10 years, I was still technically undiagnosed until 2-3 months into this program, when I got officially diagnosed after taking a full neuropsych evaluation.
This program taught me that I have been allowing my dopamine deficiency to take control of my life. Throughout my life accountability often came with shame or bullying. The coaching I received was the first time that accountability came with love, care and understanding.
It has allowed me to be a better mother and wife because I am not constantly dopamine deprived. What started with regulating my sleep has turned into managing my life so much better. Thank you Eugene and Maura for helping me install brakes in my Brain so I can really Thrive!
