The worst experience ever!
I had been a customer for almost 3 years. I made several attemps to gain access to my container only to find out that the facility had moved location without notifying there customers, and that I could not have access until the completed the move. Tha facility hours had changed and were only open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. When I finally closed my account and had the container delivered to vacate the lock had been changed. I was advised by customer service to go to a hardware store to but a bolt cutter. I would not recommend this company to any one.
