Update: Shawn at DoorProfit contacted me and reimbursed me. The person I had communicated with a year ago is no longer there, so it seems that the problem was with that employee. Not very helpful and I have been trying to cancel this subscription since September 2025. They continue to take out the monthly payment. I recontacted them in February 2026 and they are STILL taking out from my account. Response: Yes, I am sure I have an account. I logged into it AND since posting this I received an email saying you had found my account and will cancel it. How about reimbursing me what you took out of my account monthly since my very first request to cancel in September of 2025. I have emails to show if you would like for me to post them here.
