At the hotel we have card locks. When the batteries go out an the back up system fails to open the door, the door closer always works,it simple easy to use an it comes at a great price. So the next time you try to open that door with a screw driver.remember the door closer.Dont keep the guest waiting

I accidentally ordered my doors twice. This company automatically refunded my overpayment and processed my order. Initially, there was some confusion, but the representative explained the mix up very clearly. I would highly recommend ordering from this company.
