Order not delivered, promised refund still not received
The website advertised delivery within 5 minutes, but my order was never delivered. I opened a support ticket on 8 September 2026. The seller acknowledged that they could not deliver my order and offered a refund, asking for my Litecoin wallet address. I provided it, but as of 11 September 2026, I still have not received the refund. I have followed up multiple times, but my messages remain unanswered. I have received neither the purchased items nor my money back, and no refund transaction ID has been provided. This has been a very disappointing experience. Please complete the promised refund and provide the transaction ID. I will update this review if the issue is resolved.
