So the support is great i got my appeal after 1 one day already done and im loving the server updates are great I dont understand the people who are giving bad ratings They just have bad wlan connection and one rating was like i bought crate keys for 85 €but i got banned like its you proplem if you do something stupid on the server Thats not the servers proplem

This server is for someone with endless patience.. There are bugs (need to mine some blocks twice before it drops the thing), queue resets, wich I understand is for safety etc, but then it kicks me and almost everytime when I join back I end up bugged in a wall.. Even if Im digging to save my life, it does not work.. So I lost all my gear and stuff too many times.. (no keep inventory). This server is just so frustrating.. You, who reads this, good luck..

Really low quality support team. There are constant bugs and you as a paying member dont even get support from them the tickets get instantly closed and its amazingly low quality lazy work

I cannot enter the server and they just ignore my requests

I got scammed from a ADMIN on my account and lost 350mil

well so i got banned on donut smp for just talking with some random people, i asked if i could get some money and yes i got 1m from some random i was so thankfull, but after i teleported to a guy it said i got banned for blasting audio which i did not, note i just got unbanned, and now im banned for another 30 days, like i saw after the ban that my mic was at 24db like why is that even and option if i can get banned for it, like what and there is no clear rule on that either even if i would do it when i didnt

I don't know why I still played this, but I have lost over 316m and over 500 skeleton spawners and about 11 netherite kits with like 6 maces some with wind burst 3 and I was just charged twice for DONUT+ within 2 days on the same account and after I got charged twice for donut+ I log in and get banned

I am writing this review to warn other players. I spent 85€ on Crate Keys for my account (IGN: Lemonightt). After a 14-day ban which has now expired, the administration performed a full inventory and base wipe on my account, effectively deleting all the digital goods I paid real money for. I have tried to reach out to their support via email and Discord multiple times over the last 24 days, but I am being completely ignored. It is unacceptable to take a player's money and then manually revoke access to the items while the player is still active on the server. If you value your money, do not buy anything here. They do not respect their customers or their own digital goods.
