DonorPerfect does everything we ask of it.
DonorPerfect does everything we ask of it. Add codes on the fly, good reporting capabilities, responsive technical help We track an enormous amount of varied information, and there is always a place to put everything. We use it to track contacts, including all grants and grant inquiries. A few simple reports help us manage a grants scheduler and tracker. Good search capabilities. Why look elsewhere?

A donor platform with tons of great features!!
I really appreciate that Donor Perfect is user friendly; I came to the nonprofit world after a long teaching career, but creating donor lists, mail lists, etc. hasn't been a challenge. I appreciate when inputting new donors that I can do a check of their address and easily add the extra four digits to their zip codes that most folks usually omit. And importing a long list of donor information from an event is really seamless with their templates.

Superior Customer Service!
I joined my organization as its one-person development shop in June. I was new to DonorPerfect yet needed to hit the ground running in order to reinvigorate the fundraising program and reach goals. This is when I learned that DP customer service is the best I have encountered in my 30+ years of development work. The representatives are knowledgeable, responsive, professional, and supportive. They ask the right questions to quickly get to the right answer, demonstration, or specific training module that addresses my immediate and/or longer term needs. Kudos and thanks.

User friendly, great reporting tool
The interface is super user-friendly. After taking on my new role, I was able to quickly train up on how to manage donor accounts. I took one of their webinars on how to run reports that was informative and got me where I needed to be with my reporting. Great product!

Review from the Els for Autism Foundation…
We at the Els for Autism Foundation really like the DonorPerfect program. The reporting is very user friendly and we like the fact that we can utilize the many tabs for additional information that we want to save on our donors. Customer service and support is great, too.
