I am a huge fan of DonorPerfect for our fundraising campaigns. What I enjoy most is the customer support team, it is worth all the money!

DonorPerfect is indeed the "perfect" database for our organization, and provides all I need in terms of tracking donor activity. I particularly like the "Contacts" section, which I use to record my interactions with donors and prospects. Fields are customizable throughout, reports are easy to run, data is secure....really, this is a terrific product and company.

We have had DonorPerfect for I believe 7 years now. It is an awesome software for fundraising. The software is user friendly and if you have a problem or question, customer service is easy to get a hold of and they are willing to help you do anything. We are totally happy with DonorPerfect and would recommend it to anybody.

DonorPerfect is a user-friendly CRM which is very useful in generating reports, acknowledging donors and entering donations. Customer service is also amazing!

I truly enjoy the simplicity of it all.

I appreciate that this is a platform that grows with your database. Ours was a new development program with a donor base of less than 100 people. I knew the importance of a good database but also knew it could be expensive. DonorPerfect has different offering based on the size of your database. We started small at a price that did not affect our ability to fund our programs and have grown our funding base and advanced to the next tier offered. We did not have to complete one contract to advance to the next like other programs require (where they charge you a fee for every record over the original contract). Constant Contact interfaces seamlessly with our database and they offer a "forms" add-on that I highly recommend. We also use their merchant platform. We picked it for the low processing fees but I really like the information it captures and stores. It makes reconciliation of accounts with the finance department a breeze.

I've taken their informative online webinars and they were very helpful. I still get confused sometimes to make certain reports/mailing labels. When I call into DonorPerfect. They are always so helpful to walk me through the process.

I honestly don't want to use any other donor management system. I have purchased DonorPerfect three different times - at three different non-profits that I worked for. It is so user friendly that you can almost start using it without any training. It has the ability to let you design fields for the information you need to collect. It has almost all the canned reports that you need to report for your and your Board of Directors. And, the price is reasonable compared to other programs that do the same thing.
