What I like about Donor Perfect is that it is always changing to benefit organizational productivity and user's ease. We've been using DP for years and the changes the company has made has really helped make my life easier. They really listen to what is needed and what they can do to be better. Creating weblinks, acknowledging donations, and maintaining donor records is such a breeze!

Working with Donor Perfect has been such an easy experience. Their support staff works hard to make sure you have what you need, and they are open to any adjustments that need to be made to make your experience easier. The only thing I have a hard time with is a couple of the forms, but it's easily fixable!

The best part of using Donor Perfect is that they are always there to help.....with webinars, community dialog, and help through personal phone calls. In the year I have been using them, our fundraising efforts are more streamlined, and DonorPerfect provides invaluable information to board of directors and other constituency groups.

Since we switched to using DonorPerfect, we are constantly finding more and more ways to utilize the onboard tools and reports. Technical support is just a call away and excellent. Having a platform like DonorPerfect is definitely an added benefit during the current worldwide pandemic.
