I had purchased a tool for extensions and was not happy with the product. I emailed Danna Bella and to my pleasant surprise they emailed me. They offered to right my situation and were very prompt with a response. I have been using Donna Bella hair extensions for over 10 years and have been very happy with the quality and customer service. I was quite surprised when they offered a solution to my problem. Very prompt and courteous. I previously used and was trained by Hair Dreams. I am very happy with Donna Bella and will continue to recommend their products and services for all my extension clients.
