I recently had a great experience with Donna Bella Hair. I ordered extensions for a client and forgot to do 2 day shipping - I needed it to get here ASAP for a client, so I emailed the company asking if they could update my shipping to 2 days and send me an invoice for the additional charges. They did exactly that so I will get my clients hair on time!
