Shaelah C is an angel. I’m newer to Donna Bella and I was not paying attention and I got the wrong texture. I didn’t realize until much past the return date since I was saving them. She helped me get everything settled and swapped, was patient and communicative through the process. Very grateful. Great customer service and quality extensions especially if you’re looking for wavy or curly.
