DondyReviews of dondy.net

Dondy makes life for Shopify brand owners who are trying to promote their brand a lot easier. I had no idea where to begin, but the Dondy support team walked me through step by step: setting up an API and connecting my number so I can send powerful marketing messages to my customers directly via WhatsApp. highly recommended app on shopify and is worth every penny. Can easily see my ROI has increased significantly since I started using the dondy app on shopify.

The Dondy WhatsApp Live Chat app has potential and is easy to integrate, but our experience has been difficult due to: Incorrect billing raised without notice Lack of reachable support via the listed phone number Delays in resolving urgent issues We are waiting for immediate resolution and hope the team strengthens their support and communication.

Great customer service, helped me learn more about shopify flow, integrating the flow with WhatsApp. they have very good knowledge about shopify itself, they give very good advices to increase sales.

I’ve been using this app for a few days now to send confirmation messages automatically, and I’m very pleased with the results. Setup was straightforward, documentation was clear, and integration with our workflows has been smooth. ;)
