I am extremely disappointed with my experience with DoMyOwn. After being promised during a consultation that Finalsan Herbicidal Soap would kill my fescue grass in 1–2 weeks, the product failed completely, forcing me to pay $750 for manual removal. Despite following their representative's advice and providing detailed follow-ups, the company refused to take responsibility for overpromising on results and ignored my communications for weeks. They underdelivered on both product performance and customer service, and I would not recommend them for those seeking reliable advice or effective non-toxic solutions.

SPAM mongers. I bought from them once and carefully selected not to be on their marketing emails. Yet here I am getting email after email, this mornings emails want me to help their marketing team by writing fake reviews for them.

I've ordered successfully from them in the past. But I just found out the hard way they let you order items not in stock. So if you need something right away I would order elsewhere. They won't even let you cancel your order. Pretty crappy on their part

Several of the products I ordered were used/opened. I’m not even sure if what’s in the bottles is what should be in there since they were unsealed. One of the aerosol cans was completely empty also.
