Ordered pesticide dust on May 22, 2026. Email says it should have been delivered between May 27-30. Tracking info has not been updated in 5 days, it left a warehouse in PA on the 27th and we are in CT and I could have walked there... It's June 2 and there is no answer on their phone during business hours, and online chat does not work. Anyone have any info?

I recently ordered several products from DoMyOwn Pest Control. Half of my order arrived at my current address as expected, but the other half was shipped to a previous address, even though my confirmation showed it was supposed to come to my current home. When I called, the team was polite but repeatedly told me there was nothing they could do. I was surprised they wouldn’t offer a refund or resend the items, especially since the error didn’t appear to be on my end. I had just signed up for their monthly pest control membership, but due to this experience, I canceled it. The website and product selection are excellent, but the customer service fell short here. I was hoping for a more reasonable resolution.

I ordered two parts from DoMyOwn and they were sent to an old address and instead of working with me to get them sent from this address to mine they basically told me to piss off. What a NICE company, thanks for the help! Their reply: Leslie asked why an order was shipped to Sevierville, TN, instead of their correct Virginia address. Vanessa stated the order shipped to the address provided via Google Pay and is ineligible for refund or reshipment.

I would leave no stars if I could and be very aware they are not an accredited business with the better business bureau. They falsely advertise and say things on there products but the products either are expired or just don’t work. They overcharge and then customer care literally told me that she couldn’t trust me to follow the directions so she wouldn’t issue me a refund. This company is scamming people that have bug infestations it’s very unfortunate and sad but they are bottom feeders completely. I leveled with them and told them I didn’t have the funds to waste on products that didn’t deliver the results stated on the bottle and she wouldn’t give me a refund even though I was well within my timeframe ro do so.

Horrible products and service!!!! They will sell you damaged or expired product!!!!!! They will charge you extra as well!!!

Purchased Yellow jacket bluegrass seed. Applied seed properly, watered twice daily, even had 2 average rain events during the germination window. Its been 45 days since the seed went down, not one seed has germinated. Clearly old, dry seed. DMO will not make it right, they just give me the runaround about every two weeks with excuses. Zero customer service nor do they care about your experience as long as they get your cash. I've reviewed the product on their website, and they keep taking it down! I'd give them no stars if possible.

I purchased Talstar P in the past and it worked great. My recent purchase of Talstar P has done absolutely nothing to prevent or kill termites, ants, mosquitoes, roaches, beetles, spiders, and everything in between as they claim. I have ants, spiders, beetles, etc. everywhere. They aren't even phased after apply 2 treatments 3 weeks apart. When I contacted customer service they recommended that I purchase their product for ants (this makes no sense) and are now ignoring my emails.

Ordered something a while ago… they claim it shipped but the tracking number says it was never given to the carrier.. live chat told me that “the carrier probably missed a scan.” They are clearly covering up poor service and I will never purchase from them again.
