I got taken too. I ordered and sent them almost a hundred dollars and never, now 6 years later, never heard a word from. No response, no product, no refund just disappointed and I didn't build my dome

This place is a criminal enterprise. The address on invoice (214 S Austin st, Amarillo) is a vacant lot. Address listed with BBB "F" rating (1901 S 2nd, Tucumcari) is owned by Rodney Ward's mother Helen Ward. There are a number of other Wards involved as well (Tammy Ward, Stanley Ward, Betty Ward & Trenton Ward) all live NM and TX...ALL except the kingpin (Rodney) are available on facebook. I've notified Amarillo and Tucumcary authorities and provided a number of addresses I've dug-up. These crooks don't know it yet but the noose it tightening.

This place is a SCAM! Took our money, never sent product and now we cannot get a refund. PayPal account is out of money, so apparently no refund will be issued to us. We have tracked down the scammers and reported them to the appropriate people, but to no avail. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM There are legitimate businesses that handle dome connectors.

Dang, you really have to read every review online if you don't want to get ripped off.... Forget getting excited about the product. Total con job!

Do not go near this company! They take your money and don't deliver or respond to inquiries. I don't know how they can remain in business.

Read as many reviews on this company that you can find. I found after not recieving my kit, the company has different names. Lots of people got ripped off.

Emailed them...no response Called the number on website... Out of service Called the number on their mirror site... Out of service Im just glad i needed to ask a question as i had their page up and had entered ny credit card details when I remembered i needed extra info... Lucky i didnt hit submit! Im certain i would have lost my money.
