I order since nov 25 but no order came so i cancell.

After a month, I have no product, a tracking number that says there's no record, and customer service telling me the same tracking number and my order has been sent. My first and last order. No way I'd take the chance again. Edit: It is now a month and a half later; still invalid tracking number and customer service no longer responds.

Can get zero status update on my order placed over 10 days ago. Unacceptable!

What you should know prior to purchasing - 1. The website says they are US based but you will be sending money to a Hong Kong account. 2. The only way you are able to contact the company is via email, no phone number listed. Update as of Jan 9. I have contacted this company three times without response. My comment on FB was deleted.

I bought a purse for $139.00, 2 weeks ago, its not in stock, asked for my money back via email that does not go through, can not get ahold of the company if there even is one, no phone #, no email address, nobody anywhere, this place is a rip off, time to call an attorney, screw this place immpossible to get service center

I received by bag very late. I was so disappointed my order states that the bag was large in size, however this is more on the medium small bag, measurements are not correct. I have tried to contact by email more then once to there customer service as stated to do. I have never gotten a response, im sure they will let the 14 days for returns go by. I paid good money for this small bag. Basically they will make sure not to respond, so you cannot return or refund.

Shipping takes forever, so far it’s been 17 days still haven’t received my package , cannot tell how the purse is , don’t have it

I cancelled my order due to the fact that Delorey would not mail to my address - which is unfounded. I have the same Postal Service that anywhere else in the United States has.
