Have yet to receive my purse!!!!

I am very unhappy with your service as it has been over a month and I have not to this day received my package nor don't know if I ever will this has been very stressful very inconvenient as I had planned to use this purse for my daughter's wedding and I was not able to use it because it has not been delivered as we speak it has been very stressful very inconvenient I'm very unhappy I would like to be compensated

I received the wrong bag. Sending emails for 4 days Now to the service department and I don’t get an answer back. I do get publicity emails for buying more so someone is working for selling but not for service

Ordered a purse on 19 January and still have not received it nor will anyone answer my email request to find out if and when it will be shipped. Very disappointed
