I've been dealing with Dolly florist for quite a few years and they always up to par the young lady at the front desk was prompt and very courteous I viewed the plant at James Junior parkers funeral and everything was in order thank you again I always deal with Dolly's florist

My mother in law received lavender roses in a blue vase that’s not what I ordered that was displayed on the website.

Judy, We are truly sorry you were disappointed in the vase color, we know the owner has reached out to you personally to resolve your concerns. Due to the recent supply shortages, we have placed a substitution policy on our website, indicating we may have to substitute some items. The blue vase was used because it complimented the lavender roses and also gave a more elegant style arrangement.
