Very friendly staff (especially Mary…
Very friendly staff (especially Mary Lee). I felt welcomed and appreciated— not simply another customer they would get to and help eventually. Mary Lee listened to me, she didn’t try to pressure or hurry me to make a purchase I wasn’t satisfied with. Instead she made suggestions and told me how Dolly Florist could enhance an arrangement (add a bow and/or silk flower) at no additional cost. And, the best thing about Dolly Florist is the floral selections in the store and online are reasonably priced and they are beautiful arrangements.
