Scam Dollar2host company I purchased from Dollar2Host Reseller web hosting hosting. Unfortunately, I have encountered numerous issues with the quality of service, which has rendered it nearly unusable. The frequent errors and incompatibility with my websites have been a significant inconvenience. not recommended at all Recently, I was charged for a renewal that I did not authorize. It appears that the renewal was processed automatically without my explicit consent, resulting in a $264 charge to my account. I contacted your support team the following day to request a refund, but was informed that I am not eligible due to my status as a returning customer. They said it was set on Auto renewal, which i cant see this button ? and i never clicked on Renewal button in the first place ?, it must be set by default to charge you Despite several attempts to resolve this matter via email, my request for a refund has been consistently denied. I am deeply disappointed by this response and feel that I have been unfairly charged for a service that does not meet my needs. and very poor servers. No Unlimited Disk space (just an illusion create for new customers), is a lie and a Misleading propaganda in your selling web page. No Money back guaranteed how is listed and showed in the web page. Just false information. Is a little reseller. Take care of it.

Google 'Dollar2Host' and you will see their site has been hacked. Japanese Keyword hack. Not safe, dont use.

You guys don't have inter department communication, every year even though advance renewal services gets blocked & it takes hours to reactivate. Our services are down for more than 24 hours but still they are not able to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent company Unlimited storage etc. Unlimited all features like Is it the server service that I have been paying for for a long time? They ended my service by saying that if I don't take my backups and delete the files by the date they set on the pretext of taking up too much space, they will end my service. Then, when I asked the reason, they thought that I was using the site for storage purposes, so I had to delete it because there was too much data, etc. they wrote. They stopped my service even though I said that I bought the current service without paying the price and that I could use the content however I wanted. Then I asked why I had just paid for the service and why they did not give this information before renewing the service. They did not give any answer. Since you are terminating my service, refund my payment and then I wrote them to terminate it. In this way, after a few messages, they said in their last message that the refund will take place in 7-10 days, but more than 30 days have passed and still no refund has come. After 10 days or even 10 working days they said, they do not respond to any of my messages on the subject and still the refund they promised has not come to my account.

I will never suggest anyone such company on which my tickets went unanswered for more than 7 days and still waiting. Worst Experience ever. Fraud company, never reply to refund related tickets. Their chat executive always say that I will get a reply in 4 hours but its been 7 days I am waiting.

At the beginning it was a good/cheap company to have web hosting. Along with the time, I realized why other companies are more expensive when I had an issue with the services. Last month, they charged duplicate and I asked them to review my invoice and double-charge for the same service. And I've been told to open a ticket that someone will look into it within 30-60 minutes! It has been 2 weeks already no one looked into it. When I contacted PayPal to dispute the duplicate charges, they suspended all other services including irrelevant to the open ticket! And more to that, there's only one person who keeps answering live chats. DO NOT TRUST TO THIS COMPANY ANYTHING
