Great experience overall and I love my curtain track rod! The owner is super responsive. I reached out before my purchase to verify some information and the quick response and information shared gave me full confidence in placing my order. I received my order and 2 of the track rods were stuck inside of each out and I could not free them from each other. A new set was send immediately and my curtains are now hung and look exactly how I imagined. Quality of the product is great and installation was easy. Although the website was difficult to navigate and a bit confusing, James the store owner answered every email promptly and helped me through the process. I ordered swatches ahead of time which is always a good idea so you can see and feel the fabric. The fabric I used has sun blocking built into it so I didn't have to have a stiff lining or pay extra for a lining. The curtains were beautiful and exactly what I ordered. There were no hidden charges. It arrived sooner than they said it would. I highly recommend this company.

I ordered these curtains to cover my pantry in the kitchen to replace the old doors, which had started to deteriorate. I was not sure how this would look, but I was pleasantly surprised. The fabric is of great quality, and the curtains hang so beautifully. I am so pleased with my purchase!
