Puppy training for my Vizsla was the best thing I could have done for my pup and I. Cal worked with Tutto in a patient and positive way and sent me videos daily so I would know what to do when Tutto came home. He learned to sit and place and best of all mastered loose leash walking so we can take long energy burning walks safely and without fear. Tutto came home happy and well mannered. Cal worked with me on the drop off for a couple of hours to make sure I was trained to enable Tutto to continue to benefit from his training and keep learning. Amazing work from Cal and I highly recommend him for his temperament, patience and positive training techniques. And he’s a super nice guy - he took my calls and texts the first week to continue to support Tutto and OI. Above and beyond expectations! If you’re on the fence about training away, do it with Cal and you will have no regrets!

Simply said Jude made sacrifices to have any pup Ares to be in her program. She showed great concern and compassion for not only Ares well-being but also the other pups in her care. While treat me with understanding and also transparency & communication. After having my pup train and board with Njoud, I noticed changes in Ares and his behavior and awareness. Her compassion for her craft and the animals in her care are exceptional. And you can tell she truly cares about the animals.

I signed my puppy up for the obedience train-and-board program after struggling with his typical (but frustrating) puppy behaviors—leash biting, constant jumping, and not listening. I felt like I was getting nowhere on my own. Turns out, he’s just very stubborn. Cal, our trainer, was fantastic. He was patient, knowledgeable, and always took the time to explain not just what to do, but why—which made a big difference for me as a dog owner. He tried different approaches until he found what worked best for my pup, and the results really show. Now, about a week after the program ended, my puppy is still responding well to the training. He’s more focused, listens better, and is a lot more manageable. He’s still a puppy, of course, but now he’s a more obedient one—and that’s a huge win in my book. Highly recommend this program if you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed. It really helped us move in the right direction!

I can’t recommend Lauren at Dogwise Academy enough! She worked with my puppy Millie during a 2-week training session, and the difference was incredible. Millie left my home full of energy and pretty difficult to manage, but she returned much calmer, more focused, and so much easier to handle. Lauren was not only amazing with Millie, but also incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She kept me updated with videos and helpful tips while Millie was with her, which made me feel really confident in the work they were doing together. Even after the training was over, Lauren has continued to support me in our ongoing sessions, offering guidance whenever I need it. It’s clear she truly cares about both the dogs and their owners. I’m so grateful we sent her for training

Lauren, our trainer is an absolute miracle worker! Our 1 1/2 year old Goldendoodle, Lily, struggled with barking and reactivity-especially when visitors came over or during walks. It got to the point where we were only walking her early in the morning or late at night just to avoid other dogs and triggers. She would bark, jump, and pull on the leash, making walks stressful and un enjoyable. Working with Lauren and Dogwise has been a total game changer. Lauren picked Lily up for a 4 week board and train program and kept us updated every step of the way with daily videos, handouts, and progress updates. When Lily returned home, she was noticeably calmer, more focused, and responsive to all of her commands. Even after the program ended, Lauren has continued to checkin with us, offering support and answering all of our questions. Her dedication goes above and beyond. We HIGHLY recommend Lauren and the 4 week board and train program. We only wish we had found Dogwise sooner and not wasted time and money on other training options. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, Lauren !!

Absolutely loved this place. Everyone was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. Rina my trainer was amazing. Gave so much care to my dog. The instructional videos were very clear and helpful. Can't recommend this company and Rina enough.

Rina was great in every aspect of Cooper's training. She had her handsful . Large ,100 plus lab . He is so perfect moe . All commands . I can control him . I would recommend her to anyone

I have a Bernadoodle who is one year old. He is so strong, I couldn't control him. He would just look at me and start barking to get my attention. After thinking that I might have to rehome him because he was too much to handle, I decided to give it one more try. I enrolled him in Dogwise Academy for 3 weeks, while I went on vacation. They sent us daily updates, videos, and what they were working on. We were worried that he wouldn't calm down, and we would have to, well you know, find him another home. Our little (95 lb) guy is a different dog. We can't believe it. If I was sitting in the living room he would always try to get into my lap, look at me and bark nonstop, uncontrollable, jumping on people that would visit. I am happy to say he does none of that now. He is the pup I wanted. He wasn't a bad dog, he was a "doodle" and he and I both needed to be trained. Thank you Heather and Dogwise Academy !!
