Dogwise AcademyReviews of dogwiseacademy.com

I’m not sure my last review posted properly, so I’m writing it again to acknowledge and exceptional service and expertise provided by Dog wise Academy and particularly our trainer Njoud. She has exceptional expertise about dogs from every angle, including the psychology and treated our dog with such love and tenderness. Highly recommend the company and her in particular.

If you live in the ny nj area then luis is the trainer to go to. I cannot say enough good things about him, he completly changed our frenchies attitude around. Before he started with luis he was snappy and uncontrollable to our other dog when he returned he was well mannored and luis gave us all the techniques needed to keep the training process going on our own. Thank you so much luis for all your hard work.

The trainer Tressie was an absolute wiz...we got daily video updates starting from the 1st day that he spent away from us. For the folks apprehensive about leaving their dogs in someone else's care, fear not. Tressie treated our dog like family. When she came and dropped him off 3 weeks later, he was so much more structured but at the same time, he was still the same playful guy. He never lost his personality. You CAN NOT go wrong with this training.

`Our trainer was Lauren We used Dogwise Academy in the beginning of November .Before signing contract spent about an hour on phone with Lauren. She already knew all the bad 8 month old female Doberman problems we were having which turn out to be all normal behavioral problems for our breed .We needed a start ,Being in our 70's we had no clue .I do not know how or i do not care to know how but I got videos and reports every day.I could not believe those were the same dogs..Lauren broke them of all their bad habits. She gave us the tools to do things right .The problem was not the dogs .We were the problem .Our dogs like to be told what to do and to have a daily structured life If i do not do the work they can get sloppy and go back to being how she got them .I am not a good writer so bottom line I trust Lauren with anybody's dogs if you want it done right ..Also she is amazing on keeping in contact and follow up.. Several weeks ago I had a medical emergency and cannot keep our six month puppy Claire around during the beginning of my recovery. My wife found Jose and this organization to take Claire and begin training for the last three weeks. Several days ago, Jose returned with Claire, and the difference in her is truly amazing. Jose is extremely talented and patient. As part of my rehab I must walk every day and it is now a joy to walk with Claire in the morning. Forever grateful to Jose for starting her down this training journey. I would highly recommend Jose as a trainer for the love and care he showed Claire when she was away.

The simplicity of everything is worth it you get what you pay for Lauren is a great trainer

Our 9 month old Yorkie Vinnie , had issues with reactivity to other hoomans and Dogs along with Door manners. we took him in for that issue and his trainer Aaliyah totally went above and beyond. Not only are his walks waaay chiller but she worked on his other triggers such as Vacuums and skateboards. She has been extremely helpful. His behavior during our drop off was a big difference than how his pick up went . We are looking forward to continue his success at home with the help from Aaliyah :)

Puppy Camp was a very positive experience! I can see a huge change in Roy now that he’s back and that he learned a lot from Suzanne. She was and continues to be very responsive to questions. I’m looking forward to our follow up in a couple weeks so I have better mastery of all that he’s learned. Thank you for your help in getting us connected to the right trainer.
