So I guess when Dogwise doesn't agree…
So I guess when Dogwise doesn't agree with your review they just flag it, so no negative reviews show up.it. Ha. This was by far the worst experience ever!! I sent a 30+ pd bag of dog food with my 2 girl, who have very healthy appetites, the bag came home after 2 wks with barely a quarter of the bag gone. So for 2 wks my girls went hungry. We were told the trainer would only have our girls there. Only to find out the trainer has 2 grown dogs, and was training another one. We actually recieved a video where in it you could see the trainers 2 big dogs ganging up and pinning our baby up against a wall. We ask for 3 simple task to be taught, not only did this not happen but they forgot the commands they already knew. The owner offered 2 extra 1 hr classes. Come on what are you gonnaaccomplish in 4 hrs you couldn't accomplish in 2 wks. My concerns were met with double talk and the inability to fully process the gravity of the situation in a pet parents eyes.

Hi Tammy We appreciate your message, although we must address some discrepancies in your claims. Firstly, regarding your suggestion that we flag reviews we disagree with, we assure you that we handle all feedback, positive or negative, with equal seriousness. However, reviews that contain false information or violate our guidelines are subject to moderation. Regarding your concerns about your dogs' food consumption during their stay with us, we take the nutrition and well-being of all animals in our care very seriously. Our records show that your dogs were provided with appropriate food portions throughout their stay, and we have no evidence to support your claim of them going hungry, further dogs are weighed every week in training and results are reported in weekly & end of program reports. Additionally, you mentioned that you were under the impression that only your dogs would be present during the training sessions. While we strive to provide individualised attention to each pet, it's not uncommon for trainers to have other animals present for socialisation and training purposes. Rest assured, the safety and comfort of all animals in our care are always our top priorities. Regarding the training tasks and commands, we have reviewed our records and found that our trainers diligently worked with your dogs to teach the requested tasks. However, progress can vary depending on various factors, including the dog's temperament, age and responsiveness. We apologize if your expectations were not fully met, but we assure you that our trainers always strive to deliver high-quality service. In response to your concerns, we offered four additional one-hour training sessions with a different trainer as a gesture of goodwill. We hope this demonstrates our commitment to addressing any issues and ensuring a positive experience for you and your pets. We value honest feedback and strive to address any concerns promptly and professionally. If you have any further questions or would like to discuss this matter further, please don't hesitate to reach out. Best, Dogwise Academy
