The button doesn’t work properly. When you click it isn’t it supposed to stay on? My button needs to be held it to light up but when you release it goes back off. So what’s the point? It literally doesn’t have an “on off feature” it’s just a button that doesn’t work.

Ordered a dog harness for our Westie, size small. Queried after 6 weeks as to shipping delays or details. Prompt reply stating they would look into the matter. Appears the shipment was lost somewhere in China. Requested a refund. Prompt reply stating a manager would contact us within 48 hours. 2 weeks later have sent a second request for a refund and still have not heard from them. Poor customer service and support. Would not recommend dealing with this website.

Yes, I am one who fell for the free dog bracelet. All I had to do is pay $6.99 for the shipping. I ordered in April and never received. This company is a scam!!

Got a "Large" dog harness. Wouldn't fit a Chihuahua. What a joke. AVOID!!!

I ordered the "free" dog paw earrings, my debit card was charged the $6.99 for shipping on May 4th. I have still not received them. I messaged a customer service rep and got no response. I will not be buying anything else from this company!

Appalling, ordered a pair of earings on the 28th April. Still haven't received them. No reply to my emails. I am now going to take this up with PayPal as I paid through them. Would never order from this company again.

So far I can only give this company a 1 star rating. I ordered a harness for my dog and accidentallty forgot to change the default size of extra small to a medium. I realized my error as soon as I hit enter. I immediately replied to the confirmation email but did not hear anything from the company. One day later I replied again but still didn't hear from them. On the third day I sent the company an email and guess what? I still haven't hear from them. I am hoping I get a medium harness but at this point I can not recommend this company. If my problem gets resolved I will adjust my rating accordingly. In the mean time I will not be placing any more orders with Dog Party!
