DogPacer filed for bankruptcy and stole our money. We’re filing a lawsuit against them and we encourage others to do the same. Sam Smith Walk My Dog Essex VT

This company is a scam. Do not purchase. They will take your money and never return a call or email. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card on Monday. It has been almost 2 months with zero returned calls or emails. Be careful. The reviews are terrible.

After waiting over a month and my product still hasn’t shipped and seeing others had to wait 3-6 months , I have requested a refund.

Ordered a treadmill mid October. Was immediately charged $800. It’s now mid December and no treadmill. Completely ignored by the company. Google says they’re permanently closed. This doesn’t appear to be a legitimate company. Reviews from people saying they received one say the treadmills don’t work and there is no one at the company to help.

I ordered a DogPACER 3.1 dog treadmill on November 28, 2025 and received an email from DP showing that the order was received. On December 1, 2025 my credit card was charged for over $480. I have received no further communication from DogPACER as to the expected shipping date of the treadmill. I have emailed them twice, called them 3 times and sent them a DM. No response received. I no longer have faith that this is a legitimate company that will actually ship my treadmill. I believe that companies should not hold your money when unable to deliver on the item purchased with zero communication. Stay away!
