It's a no from me
The straps weren't secure no matter how much you tried to tighten them, my dog managed to get them off and chew them up within an hour of wearing them. *I cut and removed the excess velcro and it still wasn't secure. You say you hope I look after my dog better, I give my dog the best which is why we stopped using your below budget product.

Instructions for use are attached. Also instructions are on website. You can also ask for help. Our product is perfect. You failed to follow the directions and then leave a negative review. I hope you treat your Dog better than this! It's not about tightening, it's about cutting and removing excess Velcro.

sadly doesn’t work
Too much hassle to send back to the US otherwise I would. But sadly doesn’t work they can even hear you whisper. if you place them over your own ears you can also hear that the sound is the same. I was really hoping it would help us, but sadly didn’t.

Good idea but did not stay on dogs head
I was really hoping thus wearable noise canceling device would work- but the second my German shep shook his head they flew off. There was no way to keep them from slipping. I was hoping they would work as I wanted to see if our city animal shelter would buy and use them for very sound stressed dogs. I am not sure there is such a head piece for a dog they can’t shake or swipe off with their paws. It was worth a try but didn’t work. Sadly.

To be honest I was expecting way more I…
To be honest I was expecting way more I don’t see any result on my dog and I put on my ears and you can hear basically the same, and the way to put adjust with the Velcro also nos the best. I give it a trial couple of days but I don’t see any result, I just paid extra taxes to received it and not worthy a lot, if it’s possible I would like to return it

If you did not see a result then you are using the product incorrectly. we enclose instructions with product and instruction are also clearly listed on our website. You could easily have easily emailed us or sent a message on instagram for help before leaving a review which is not so kind. I would never do that to a new business which is trying to help Dogs.
