When my first dog was alive he was well taken care of by the vets there they were kind and understanding they did a good job with the appointments never had a problem here the customer service was pretty good never had any rude workers

I received an email thanking me for picking up my order. I called PetSmart (Traditions in Port St Lucie FL) & advised I had not picked up my order. The employee checked & said my order was there. I went to pick up my order & waited 45 minutes. The employee I was speaking with was very rushed. He said he was the only one there helping customers. When he finally came out I apologized to him for me being upset & told him that I knew it was not his fault. However, he was very rude to me & walked away when I was still talking to him. I frequently shop on line & have my 2 dogs groomed at PetSmart. But after this experience you have LOST my business including my dogs grooming. Obviously, whoever manages this store does not know how to properly schedule employees so things like this do not happen. I've read a lot of negative reviews & poor customer service is ongoing at PetSmart stores. Does PetSmart corporate even care about these negative reviews? It seems they do not!

The online customer agents may be friendly but completely incompetent!

Petsmart is the best job I’ve ever worked for as far as corporate jobs go. I’ve been there three months now and I’m really happy, everyone that I work around is really happy about the job they do and knows what they’re doing.

Thought I found gold! Ad was very promising but doesn't deliver. Looked for Pedigree dry dog food (weight control--no chicken)--NONE! Looked for Bil-Jac--dry dog food--weight control--NONE! And the claim is--Good Selection? HA! (! *--no rude service--nothing to buy to give the opportunity for rude service!)
