I took Psychiatric Service Dog Training course. It was descriptive, very well explained on how to train/implement, and contained lots of details and handy recommendations. I was blessed with having an obedient sheltie, who keeps me calm (interrupting my flashbacks) and on a daily schedule. With this course we were able not only successfully re-enforced performing basic commands, but learned some very specific and vital for me psychiatric tasks! This course also provided with good recommendations for handlers with psychiatric disabilities on how to prepare/overcome episodes while training your dog. All exams after each lesson are very important, because they are re-enforcing the most important points in theory and training. I would recommend Dog Academy to my friends and acquaintances with evaluation for 5 stars! Thank you, Academy!

I am very pleased with the training and assistance I received. The training videos are very helpful, comprehensive and easy to understand. You and your dog both actually learn. This is a real dog training course. Just follow the steps. The video assessment is legitimate. If they are not acceptable you don’t pass but get more chances to correct the videos. I recommend this to anyone who might be interested.
