I was anxious about this being too hard for myself and my pet. However, I learned a lot by reading the chapters and taking the test. I truly feel like my pet is ready to demonstrate she can accomplish the tasks required to be a Psychiatric Service Dog.

Very easy to follow and very thorough. I appreciate that many of the steps were repeated throughout the course. I have epilepsy and psychological issues, which sometimes makes it hard to concentrate, but this course was great and extremely informative and easy to follow. It also gave excellent suggestions for ways to properly handle things.

Dog Academy is an excellent website for finding trainers. Not only do they connect you with local trainers, but they offer the ability to change trainers if they're not working out. Tons of people claim to be dog trainers but DA creates more security in working with them. Payments go through their website so it's secure, and you can contact your trainer any time through the chat. They have a lot of options for training including group classes, virtual, or in home sessions. Highly recommend!

My wife and I decided to train our dog and I was going to teach him different exercises, retrieving my medicine and being with me 24 hours a day in public, this training is the only reason that is now possible, I just want to thank all the instructors and helpful tips to make my dog a service! Definitely highly recommended!
