My PSD came partially trained so doing a few of the steps he already knew. I think an outline of what specifically needs to be in the video would be helpful like hold for 30 seconds, or not leash used, etc. Overall this was really nice because I could complete this on my own time at my own pace when my work and personal life allowed.

Thank you for sharing your experience with Dog Academy! Your feedback about providing a more detailed outline for the video is valuable, and we'll certainly consider that for improvement.

I am so pleased that the training was both enjoyable and serious. Having a service dog is important to me, and certainly, with an on-line course, I realize that having a good service dog takes time and continuous practice. I am now confident that I will eventually have a great one in Cali. The Dog Academy provided a terrific foundation, and a long term vision. Five stars plus, to Tabitha and the training staff.

We had an online meeting for behavior evaluation of our dog. We got solid information on some of our training strategies to date and are likely to purchase virtual private sessions within the next month. Our dog is fairly reactive, and we’d like to get him more to a state of neutrality. The staff seems knowledgeable, as both my husband and I were pleased with the information shared. I had already had a positive experience during my scheduling call with the level of professionalism and care. They certainly seem to know how to approach behavioral issues that others find more challenging.
