Excellent for training
You get to learn a lot, on what to expect on how to train your dog . And great training for the handler too.

What made my experience great
What made my experience great, you ask? First, our customer service representative, Matthew. Wow! Matthew was so professional and a pleasure to work with and speak with! He made the entire process and the understanding of the package we chose to go with smooth, easy to understand and quick! Matthew had a chance to speak with my mother, who referred me to DogAcademy, after purchasing a package herself. He was so very kind and personable with her and I really do appreciate that. Great job, DogAcademy, you have two very happy customers here and that doesn't begin to touch on how amazing my mother says the Psychiatric Service Dog Training course is and how it has already saved her over $225 in hotel fees and peace of mind, while staying in a hotel for a major surgery. This was for her beloved Cavalier King Charles Spaniel just in the month since finishing her training course. So thank you, DogAcademy, for taking such good care of my mother, my wonderful experience, and a big thank you, especially, to Matthew!

I'm incredibly happy with the service. You're representative who work with me through the process was absolutely wonderful. She was responsive and got back to me very quickly. Answered all my questions with very well thought out, and thoughtful answers.

Very educational class
Very educational class. Enjoyed the videos as well as the content. I feel confident that this, along with our previous training will help us pass the test. Short, consistent training sessions lasting 15-20 minutes almost every day makes a big difference.
