It was great and amazing

I have always had dogs and trained them as puppies. But, when I adopted two 10 year old mixed Chihuahuas that were rescued from a hoarding situation and were never housetrained I was lost on how to train them. Krystal was wonderful by suggesting simple solutions and relating those solutions to life experiences to better understand. I have been successful in housetraining these two and I don't think I could have done it without Krystal's wisdom and training skills. She left me with tips for the future since I still have work to do! Customer service was always helpful in scheduling appointments and were personable. It was a pleasure working with all of them.

This is my second time training a dog with this academy and is always a easy customer service and clear curriculum even my main language is Spanish. They support in every steps for your success in the future is serious commitment between understanding, learning and archived the goals.

Krystal was an excellent teacher in getting the different points of the lesson across! The baby gate idea was something that never occurred to either my wife or me but is something I can’t wait to try!
