Abby was extremely helpful. The requirements were challenging but like everything worth value, it is not a walk in the park.. I struggled a bit with videoing but Abbie provided the coaching that I needed to be successful, and she was patient and explained how to make the video better. Definitely worth the time!

Dog academy must be doing something right. This is my second review, that’s a record for me, considering I don’t write them. Ms Mary Jr and I picked up where we left off the other day, a new issue came up, this time not only did Ms Mary Jr help me, but we had one small issue we couldn’t find the answer to, (training gear) so she called Mrs.Shelby and we asked her for her help, with the order, she worked just as hard to make sure things were what they were supposed to be, but there was just one more thing we needed help with, so we put in a call to Shelby’s supervisor (sorry don’t remember her name) with our last question, now mind you- Ms Mary, Mrs Shelby, and myself on 3way and the supervisor was on the computer. The supervisor gave me a coupon so that I can afford my dog vest package. They were once again very patient with me and what we were working on, they were there for me, no matter how long it took. Julie called me to resolve a misunderstanding I had with the membership. She was caring, quick and effective with giving me my options towards a solution.
