Dog Academy has the sweetest customer service phone operators. I had the pleasure of talking to Cayla and she was the sweetest person I’ve had the pleasure to speak when calling She explained everything so throughly but was able to keep my attention. It honestly felt like I was on the phone with a friend. Which made the whole process of getting signed up and ready to start courses easier.
