I signed up in hopes to learn how to deal with my dogs reactivity. I learned nothing, I already knew most of what was in the class. After speaking to a representative I am redoing my review. The customer service is outstanding. As far as classes, for a brand new puppy owner yes use them. For anyone with any experience with dogs, the information is stuff you probably already know. Also after excellent customer service, I was gifted 2 classes. Amazing! Sadly after going through 2 classes, I am hear to say the classes are repeated. It's all the same info. Very little that is different in classes. Everyone has different opinions and views on training, so I don't agree with everything but there is some knowledge to be gained here.

Por lo menos en mi caso se me dificulta mucho el hacer el curso porque no puedo retener mucha información cuando estoy leyendo pero por lo demás todo bien.

I purchased the separation anxiety course as a kind gentleman called me and recommended it based on my situation. The information in the course was pretty basic so could be decent if you’re just starting out. The customer service team was very kind and helpful with my questions in follow up.

The course was well outlined. The sessions were easy to follow and gave me time practice or repractice, if I didn't quite master a section with my dog. My problem is: waiting for 48 hours to see if I failed...anxiety. Not knowing if I really did pass...anxiety. waiting for approximately two weeks...maybe more... to see if I would get something in the mail, if the mail man didn't deliver...anxiety. maybe the payment didn't go through, maybe I got scammed. ANXIETY OVER THE WHOLE PROCESS. Working with my dog and this program didn't help me as much as I had hoped. Refund?

Good company. I like that they treat dogs well, their attention is great
