Hello! I would like to apologize for the miscommunication. We do suggest you take at least 6-9 months proofing your dogs training. This is a very extensive training program and it does take some time. I am very sorry that it was not conveyed to you that it could be a longer process for some dogs. To stay compliant we must ask for videos to be sure we are sending out fully trained Service Dogs. We do not want to fill this special space with untrained dogs.
