I consider the training course excellent. It is clear in all its concepts and explanations. They were prompt to answer all my questions regarding the training and the exam. Overall, a very professional team.

MS. DeSHAY WAS MOST PROFESSIONAL IN HER COMPLETE PRESENTATION. SHE WENT FAR ABOVE THE CALL OF DUTY. QUITE THE PERSONABLE AGENT/SPOKESWOMAN.THE MATERIAL WAS COVERED PROFESSIONALLY AND DETAILED. THIS WOMAN IS A CERTAIN ASSET TO HER COMMITMENT OF A SERVICE ANIMAL NEEDS PROVIDER. I HAD BEEN REJECTED IN AN EFFORT TO ENTER A CHURCH TO WHICH I AM FAMILIAR. I’ve gotten a lot of support through this program. And it gives me hope that I’ll be able to get a dog where I live and then I’ll have some help. Where I live they have a lot of restrictions about having a dog and being able to get a dog is going to make my life livable perhaps, again. I miss my previous dog a lot. He died. But now that I live here they are trying to prevent me from having a dog. And this program has enabled me to be able to have a dog again. That can help me deal with life.

Wonderful course. My Ruby enjoyed it tremendously. Start your puppy off very young training him/her from potty training to basic commands. I didn’t know when Ruby was 8 weeks old that I wanted her to be a service dog but I started potty training her at two months and basic commands at three months made it so much easier as we went through this course, out in the public, and around crowds. If I needed support it was just a phone call away and customer service was there to me. Dog Academy has Attorney’s on hand to help in event you are discriminated against. You are protected under the ADA if you have a PSD. Thank you Dog Academy. You are Great.
