i have a 2 year old golden puddle, and he is a really good learner but i had some difficulty with some commands and this trainning made it so much eassier for me to teach him recognice the different things i wannted him to learn, now he behaves so much better in public and i am ready to take him with me to travel he helps me so much with mu anxiety, at night, and in public places. thank you

It was a serious service dog training course with an access to a study portal that was easy to understand with videos to every chapter. The commands was on a good level and where I think a service dog should be able to pass. The online course where not too long and not too short. They reached out to me after passing the online exam to make sure my dog was able to pass the PAT. I needed to send videos of my dog doing different commands in public which I think was really good. It is so important that the handler of a service dog actually takes this seriously and make sure their dog is able to do everything that's in the PAT test. It was very easy to be in contact with the employees in this business and they answered quickly on email/text. Everyone was very nice and kind during the full process of signing up for the course until finishing up the PAT.

clarity of explanations and reinforcement of learning with questions

It was excellent ,first, they available when you call and help with the question kindly. The course is clear able to practice with your dog.

We moved to China and Penelope was able to fly (after the documentation and healthy procedures) because of you guys! We were so glad to have Penelope trained, she was awesome in the airport, and she did great flying for around 22 hours!!!

The person who answered the phone was so wonderful, answered each of my questions without judgement and walked me through the steps I needed to get to! My Chibi just got neutered so I haven't started the training just yet, but it is honestly so amazing that I can go at our own pace and speed!
